RSS Feeds

What is RSS?

In a technological world packed with billions of web pages, keeping up to date with the information you want can be a bore. Rather than click from site to site, wouldn't it be better to have the latest news, upcoming movies, DVD releases and features delivered directly to you?

Thanks to a very clever service, – RSS - now you need not go out and check for updates all the time! RSS simply stands for 'Really Simple Syndication,' a fancy way of saying that you can stay updated by having all your favorite parts of the web delivered directly to you.

How to get started on RSS feeds?

The first thing you need is a news reader. There are many different versions. Some are accessed using a browser, and some are downloadable applications. All allow you to display and subscribe to the RSS feeds you want.
