| Having an opportunity to deliver information and to share with my students my knowledge and skills obtained and developed in the US brings great pleasure and satisfaction to me. |

| It fit my personal and professional interests and aspirations. |

| How did you select your graduate school? | ||
| With the help of an excellent program named MUSKIE, I got a unique opportunity to study in the US and to see how democracy works in reality and what it means to provide good and useful education. |

| How do you feel your MPA/MPP is helping you to make a difference? | ||
| The best way to change society is to change the minds of the people. As a person who lives in a country in transition, I think the best way to make the life and the state better is to teach new methods and disseminate new, progressive thought and approach. |
